The annual budget ratification meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 7:00 PM via GoToMeeting. 

Click here to find the approved 2022 Budget for The Bartlett Condominium Association.  After careful and lengthy consideration, the Board of Directors has decided on a 10% increase to your dues next year. The 10% increase will primarily go into the reserve funds to help us with future planning as recommended by the Reserve Study that was completed this year.  

In order to keep the meeting as organized as possible, all questions should be submitted in writing by Monday, December 13, 2021. If you are unable to attend but still have questions, please feel free to send them along. Click here for a fillable questionnaire form.

The Budget will be ratified by a show of hands during the meeting. Please note that you will have to turn on your camera during the meeting if you wish to vote.
